NO PETS ARE ALLOWED on the Balloons Over Bend premises. Service animals are allowed per ADA and Oregon State Law policies.

The Balloons Over Bend Nightglow Festival will be held Friday, July 24 from 5-10pm.

Yes! Balloons Over Bend bars will take only card. Methods of payment accepted by other vendors will vary based on their preference.

Balloon launches will happen each morning throughout the weekend at sunrise.  

The Night Glow festival will be held Friday, July 24 at Central Oregon Community College from 5-10pm.

Night Glow Full Schedule

• 6pm – Balloon Blast Kids Race Kicks Off
• 7-8pm – Live Music
• 5-9pm – Shop the Marketplace
• 8:30pm – Balloons Rollout
• Sunset – Balloons Light Up!

Registration will ONLY be available on the day of the event on-site. The race is included with your ticked entry so there is no additional cost to participate.
